Nothing but great things to say about greenhouse. Incredibly professional and very prompt with responses to questions, comments, and concerns. I have been through tons of difficult situations with many different management associations and can definitely say the accuracy with their information and professionalism with how they navigate all situations is fantastic. Even as difficult situations arise, they keep it factual and professional as the guidelines of the HOA documents are outlined. Not only do they get the job done, they go above and beyond to meet and provide understanding through informative meetings and conversations. I have worked with Caroline most often, and nothing but praise for her to be able to get the work done and to get it done well. Very much recommended this company and the people within it.

I am a homeowner located in Eldorado Heights Section II in Mckinney. This company sent me a demand notice for a first time violation. They also tried to give me 16 days to correct a first time violation, but the governing documents states a minimum of 30 days. They threaten to escalate this matter without cause by altering my property without my consent. You have bypassed numerous governing documents, along with violation of State and Federal laws to even touch my property. I tried to email them about this company, but their response is to threaten with attorneys.

I just got off the phone with the owner of the company requesting a new pool card after it was stolen and he kept yelling at me. I was asking if there would be a fee associated with this since it was theft, and he said he wasn't sure because it was up to the policy on the HOA. I said ok, just make sure to let them know what happened because it might matter for the policy. He said, oh, you'll have a fee regardless. So I asked well, which is it. He proceeded to get upset and kept raising his voice. I stayed calm until the end. Childish behavior honestly.

This property management company is the worst I have ever experienced. A woman named *CAROLINE* who works here, is extremely difficult to work with. She shows no concern for tenants and clearly appears unhappy in her role, and life. Whenever you call with requests, she refuses to assist, making it evident she has no interest in helping. She is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have encountered.This company is clearly flawed when a particular individual receives multiple negative Google reviews and they choose to ignore them. I am now involving a lawyer.
